Blinc Lash Primer is also enriched with vitamin E and protects from damage from over-heating/drying, free radicals caused by the natural body process and environmental stresses like ultra-violet light. Its dye-free formula will not irritate or sting.

Recommended Use:

Apply one or two coats before going to bed or wearing mascara. For eyelash enhancement, apply one coat and let it set for 30 seconds. Reapply is desired but always let set for 30 seconds between coats. Removes with warm water.
