Shipping Policy
Delivery to the contiguous U.S. States and Canada:

Domestic Orders Shipping Policy
We only ship in the United States, its territories and Canada.
United States Shipping and Handling is only $5.50 per order.

International Orders Shipping Policy
Canada Shipping and Handling is only $16.00 per order, regardless of how much you order.
Please note that Canada may impose tariffs and/or duty fees on your order depending on the items or the value of your purchase. These fees are unrelated to shipping costs and will originate from your country's Customs Bureau. For more information, please contact your country's Customs Bureau.
Due to your Country's Customs Bureau it may take up to three weeks for you to receive your order. We have no control over this, nor is there a way for us to check the status of your order during shipment. Normally International orders are received within 8-10 days.

Please note that the following conditions apply to all international orders:

·         Purchaser assumes risk for any and all product confiscated by customs. Beauty Gone Green cannot assume such risk and cannot refund purchase price for any such product. It is the purchaser's responsibility to know their country's customs regulations relating to the product(s) they wish to import.

·         Purchaser is responsible for your country's customs duty and/or taxes.
In the event an order is returned to Beauty Gone Green by Customs, refund is limited to 75% of purchase price of the product returned. Shipping and handling for such returned orders is not refundable.

Out of Stock Items
All products are normally in stock. Occasionally some items may be temporarily back-ordered. The entire order will be processed and shipped when back-ordered items are available.

Shipping Days: Monday thru Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Undeliverable packages, including refused shipments and packages that have failed delivery, will be returned to Beauty Gone Green and assessed a $15 Non-Delivery fee. The Non-Delivery fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout, and will be subtracted from any refund.

Processing Time: Orders received before 5 p.m Eastern Standard Time are processed the same day. Orders received after 5 p.m. EST are processed the next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are processed by close of business Monday.

Domestic Delivery Time – Standard Shipping: Orders shipped to the eastern U.S. can be expected within 1 - 4 business days. Orders shipped to the western U.S. generally take 4 - 6 business days.  All delivery times are estimates. The total time needed to deliver your package may be longer. Beauty Gone Green is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.
United States Postal Service (USPS) is required for all deliveries to PO Boxes and military addresses and is available without charge; however, please note that USPS does not offer remote tracking of parcels once they've left our warehouse. Therefore, we cannot guarantee replacement of lost packages shipped via USPS. Be advised that the USPS confirmation number you receive from Beauty Gone Green is only used to verify when a parcel has been delivered, and is not used to track packages en route.

If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail within one business day. Please make sure to add us to your address book so that you may receive a confirmation email (customerservice@beautygonegreen.com).

Return Policy Due to the nature of products, we do not issue refunds or accept returns. We will replace products with the same product when damaged during shipment. You must contact us by email or phone within 48 hours of receiving your products to receive return instructions. If there is a product missing and/or a product has been sent to you in error, please contact us by email or phone within 48 hours of receiving your products. If you are unsure whether you will like a product, we suggest getting a sample size (if one is available).
