You can expect to receive non-toxic, natural and/or beauty + lifestyle products delivered bi-monthly. Each box contains 5-10 full and/or medium/deluxe sized products. This includes a carefully selected mix of items such as: skincare, haircare, body care, makeup, perfume, lifestyle, healthy/nutritional and eco-friendly products.

How often will I be charged?
Choose from monthly, bi-monthly and pre-pay options!
Depending on which package you subscribe to, monthly, bi-monthly, 3-box pre-pay or 6-box pre-pay, subscriptions are charged based upon the duration of your chosen plan.

When do boxes ship?
All boxes ship out mid-month of every other month (Dec, Feb, Apr, Jun, Aug, Oct). Once your box has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number via email.

Boycotted Ingredients
The brands + products that have been carefully chosen for your Beauty Gone Green box will always be free of: synthetic fragrances, paragons, BHA & BHT, phthalates, sulphates, triclosan, and free from animal testing.
Can I buy just one Beauty Gone Green Box?
One-time Beauty Gone Green boxes will be available throughout the year. Alternative you can sign up for a bi-monthly subscription, but be sure to cancel before the beginning of the following shipping month. The "Every Other Month" subscription is part of an auto-renewing monthly subscription as noted on each page of the checkout process.
We are not responsible for refunding monthly auto-renew charges if the purchaser is unaware that they are purchasing a monthly subscription and does not cancel before the 1st of the month.

Where do you ship?
Beauty Gone Green ships anywhere in the United States + Canada. There will be a $10 shipping cost to anywhere in the continental U.S. and a $17 shipping cost + any taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (at this time this applies to Canada only). Contact the country's customs office to find out what fees may apply (this applies to Canadian shipping only).

What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not happy with your Beauty Gone Green box, send us an email and we'll will do our best to resolve it.This box was designed to introduce you to new and amazing green beauty and lifestyle brands while also providing you with savings.
No returns on international orders (e.g. any country outside the United States).
Shopper accepts all terms & conditions when completing a purchase.

What is your cancelation policy?
If boxes have not been shipped, your subscription can be cancelled for a full refund on boxes that have not been shipped out. Subscription prices may be pro-rated to match the actual length of membership.
